Eleven Months....Where Has the Time Gone?

My little guy is eleven months old already! I feel like it's the last month of his babyhood and I'm soaking up every second!

Late March Early April Happenings

Hudson is 10 months old now! He gets into everything and loves exploring.

He is such a silly boy! One foot just had to be on the toy while standing.

Eating cherrios is a daily event in our house.

Smiley guy's favorite thing to do these days is pull up to the couch and see what he can get into. I've gotta say this kiddo keeps me busy but I'm loving every minute!

Hudson's First Haircut

 The time has finally come to cut our little man's hair. My only hold back was that he wouldn't look like a baby anymore. Now that its cut he still looks like my precious baby Hudson. Take a look for yourself! :)

 Before picture. The front is getting long. This is also Hudson's favorite thing to do lately, stand up holding on with one hand.

 The first cut. He did really well. There was a lot of moving but he didn't cry (thanks to his dad's great entertainment!) & we both came out of it without either one of us bleeding!

Yummy Spaghetti

 Hudson is now 9 1/2 months old. He is happy fun little guy that I get the pleasure to spend my days with. He laughs easily, can put himself in a sitting position all by himself, is learning to wave and about two weeks ago started CRAWLING! All of these things are huge accomplishments in our house (especially the crawling.) He was getting around just fine before by rolling but he amazes us everyday how much his skills are improving and what he manages to get into.

 Now that Hudson is 9 months old we are slowly starting him on table food. This was our first go round with spaghetti.

 He loved it!

He even tried self feeding with a spoon.

Love Bugs

Hudson's first Valentine's Day has come & gone. He is already 9 months old and growing up way to fast! These first three pictures may not mean much to you because its the back of two peoples heads, but the story is one that will stay with me forever. 

 Lately when Hudson is cranky I often put a Baby Einsteins movie on for him. He LOVES it. He will sit through the entire 20 min. video. Nathan took the time to watch the DVD with Hudson.

 The sweetest thing happened. Hudson would reach over and hug on Nathan as if to say "Thanks, Dad for watching this with me." It melted my heart. 

These are my two love bugs. They are crazy about each other & I'm crazy about them.

 Nathan & I took Hudson on a Valentine's Day walk. Little did we know it was really windy out and kind of cold. So we made it a quick walk. I think we are all looking forward to spring :)

Just thought I'd add another picture of Hudson in the jumper. Its days are limited. We are moving on to the days of the walker… which Hudson is surprisingly good at maneuvering… More to come soon!

Snow Day

 We got about 3 inches of snow today and finally got to take Hudson out to play!!

Headed inside to shed all our layers. Hudson really enjoyed the snow but hated getting dressed to go out. I think if he could talk he would talk he would say it was worth it! :)
